Nishant Grover is the chief operating officer of TCC Land Asset World, a member of the TCC Group in Thailand, which has business interests across beverages, FMCG & retail, insurance & finance, manufacturing, real estate & hospitality and agrobusiness. Apart from residential and commercial, TCC Land Asset World is one of the largest hotel developers in Asia, led by Nishant. While TCC Land owns and operates hotels across its own brands, the company also owns hotels across most international brands – Marriott International, IHG, Hilton Worldwide, Banyan Tree, Hyatt, Starwood and Melia.
In the immediate past, Nishant was the chief operating officer, Asia for LIXIL Water Technology (LWT), the world’s largest group in the sanitaryware industry and parent company for brands like Grohe, Inax, American Standard and Cobra. LWT is one of the four business groups at LIXIL of Japan. He is highly regarded among the developers’, designers’ and hoteliers’ community and has extensive expertise in the area of hospitality business/asset management. Nishant also carries diverse international experience through senior management roles, while serving as the senior vice president, projects – Asia at GROHE and regional managing director for the markets of Australia, New Zealand, Korea and Indonesia. Prior to Grohe, he worked for global management consultancies advising several Fortune 500 companies, based in the US, Europe, Africa and different parts of Asia.
Nishant is a trained lawyer as well as qualified in business management and contributes to various international bodies and seminars.
